Jazi Connect offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time $9.99 USD lifetime purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or open the receipt email from Paddle and click "Manage your purchase".
  2. Choose your Jazi Connect order and request a refund.
  3. You can also email us at support@jaziconnect.com and we will help arrange your refund with Paddle.

When you'll receive your refund

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your lifetime unlock is removed and you will need to purchase again to regain full access. Your account and any custom cards or photos you uploaded remain in place unless you delete your account.
